At Harper New York, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below for details on eligibility, timelines, and processes.
30-Day Return or Replacement Policy
We offer a 30-day return or replacement policy, allowing you to request a return or replacement within 30 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, please ensure the following:
- Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Tracking Number: Returns must be shipped back to our warehouse with a tracking number for verification purposes.
- Proof of Purchase: Include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Important: Only items returned to one of our designated warehouses are eligible for a refund. Items sent to intermediary shipping facilities will not qualify for a refund.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, please contact us at help@harper-newyork.com. If your return request is approved, we’ll provide the return address along with instructions for shipping the item back. Please do not send items back without first requesting a return—unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fees: Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees, and please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
We allow order cancellations within the first 6 hours after placement. After this time, your order will already be in our system and scheduled for dispatch, preventing cancellation.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away. We’ll assess the issue and work with you to make it right, either by replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, certain items are not eligible for returns, including:
- Digital storage devices once opened
- Items that have been customized or personalized

Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest option is to return the unwanted item for a refund, then place a new order for the replacement item once your return is accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
Note: Orders that have already triggered our replacement or exchange policy are no longer eligible for a refund.
